The PetsApp Service\\nincludes our support services, educational materials for Service\\nProviders, and other services, all facilitated via our in-built\\nchat feature and including providing video veterinary\\nappointment services, and facilitating other interactions\\nbetween Pet Owners and Service Providers (for example allowing\\nPet Owners to pay for Service Provider products) (collectively\\nsuch appointment and interactions between Pet Owners and Service\\nProviders being the \\\"Pet Care Services\\\"). If you are a Service\\nProvider we charge fees for use of the PetsApp Service, as\\ndescribed below in Section 8. If you are a Pet Owner your\\nService Provider charges fees for the Pet Care Services that\\nthey perform via the PetsApp Service, as described below in\\nSection 8 as well.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"b.  PetsApp is a neutral venue for Service Providers and Pet Owners\\nand it does not provide pet healthcare services, except for\\nphone support and other resources and support specifically\\ndescribed in the PetsApp Service. Service Providers listed on\\nPetsApp are not under PetsApp's direction or control and\\ndetermine in their own discretion what Pet Care Services to\\noffer, how to provide such services, and when to make themselves\\navailable to do so. No representations or warranties are made\\nregarding the Pet Care Services provided by Service Providers,\\nor about your interactions and dealings with users. PetsApp does\\nnot employ Service Providers or Pet Owners, and we will not be\\nliable for the performance or conduct of Service Providers or\\nPet Owners. Pet Owners and Service Providers are responsible for\\nmaking decisions that are in the best interests of themselves\\nand pets. You should use your independent judgment before\\nengaging a Service Provider (if a Pet Owner), providing Pet Care\\nServices (if a Service Provider), or otherwise interacting with\\nPet Owners or Service Providers (as applicable) via the PetsApp\\nService.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"c.  The PetsApp Service may be used to find and offer Pet Care\\nServices and to facilitate payment, but all transactions\\nconducted via the PetsApp Service are between Pet Owners and\\nService Providers. You agree that PetsApp has no liability for\\ndamages associated with Pet Care Services (which may include\\nbodily injury to, or death of, a pet) or resulting from any\\nother transactions between users of the PetsApp Service.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"d.  Pet Owners and Service Providers transact with each other on the\\nPetsApp Service by either a Pet Owner or Service Provider\\ninitiating a chat conversation within the PetsApp Service (a\\n\\\"Chat\\\"). During the Chat, a Pet Owner or Service Provider has\\nthe opportunity to discuss which particular Pet Care Service is\\napplicable for that Pet Owner. For example, a Pet Owner may wish\\nto pay for pet food for their pet which they can collect from\\nthe Service Provider in person, or pay for a consultation that\\nhas already taken place. A Pet Owner may also wish to agree to a\\nvideo consultation with that Service Provider. Once the\\napplicable Pet Care Service is agreed upon, the PetsApp Service\\nwill allow that Pet Care Service to be transacted accordingly,\\nutilising its payment provider where any payment for such Pet\\nCare Service is due from a Pet Owner in accordance with Section\\n8 below.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"e. Such review shall be shared\\nby PetsApp with the Service Provider from time to time, and\\nimmediately if a rating of 3 or less is given by that Pet Owner.\\nSuch review shall also be displayed to other users of the Site\\nand PetsApp Service and by providing such review you are\\nagreeing to any information that you include in such review\\nbeing made public. PetsApp does not endorse reviews of Service\\nProviders by other Pet Owners that may be available via the Site\\nand/or PetsApp Service, and PetsApp makes no commitments that\\nsuch reviews are accurate or legitimate. You are responsible for all activity under\\nyour account. We may require or allow you (or someone else on your behalf) to\\nupload text, images, videos, reviews, information and materials\\nto the PetsApp Service (collectively, \\\"Your Content\\\"). \\xA0For\\nexample, Service Providers are invited to create a profile page\\nwith a photograph and other information, while Pet Owners may\\nsubmit reviews of Service Providers.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"b.  We reserve the right to monitor, screen, edit and/or remove Your\\nContent on the PetsApp Service as we deem suitable. Payment processing services for Service Providers on PetsApp are\\nprovided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected\\nAccount Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service\\n(collectively, the \\\"Stripe Services Agreement\\\"). By agreeing to\\nthese Terms or continuing to operate as a Service Provider on\\nPetsApp, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement,\\nas the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a\\ncondition of PetsApp enabling payment processing services\\nthrough Stripe, you agree to provide PetsApp accurate and\\ncomplete information about you and your business, and you\\nauthorise PetsApp to share it and transaction information\\nrelated to your use of the payment processing services provided\\nby Stripe.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"c.  For certain Pet Care Services transacted via PetsApp, Pet Owners\\nshall be required to pay for such Pet Care Services, as notified\\nto them in the Chat by their Service Provider. If you are a Pet\\nOwner, you enter into a transaction with the Service Provider\\nwhen requesting any Pet Care Service via the PetsApp Service and\\nyou agree to pay the total fees for such Pet Care Service as\\nnotified to you by your Service Provider from time to time. The\\nService Provider, not PetsApp, is responsible for performing the\\nPet Care Services and any fees for such Pet Care Services are\\npaid to the Service Provider, albeit facilitated by PetsApp.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"d.  Service Providers agree to provide Pet Care Services to a Pet\\nOwner by agreeing to participate in, or initiating, any Chat.\\nThe purchase of Pet Care Services is a transaction between the\\nPet Owner and the Service Provider. If you are a Service Provider, we charge service fees for your\\nuse of the PetsApp Service. If you are a Service Provider, the\\nentity that you work for will have entered into an agreement\\nwith PetsApp which will describe and set out the payments due to\\nPetsApp in relation to the licensing of the PetsApp Service to\\nyou (the \\\"Clinic Agreement\\\").\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"f.  Cancellations and Refunds. As we are merely a facilitator of any\\npayment for any Pet Care Service(s) carried out through the\\nPetsApp Service, any refund requests shall be directed to the\\nService Provider and not PetsApp. If your Service Provider\\nagrees to any refund then such refund shall be at the discretion\\nof such Service Provider and obtained by the Service Provider\\nand we have no involvement in such refund process.\"), mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"li\"\n  }, \"g.  Our third party payment provider may impose holds on amounts\\notherwise payable to Service Providers if there is a suspicion\\nof fraudulent activity or for other compelling reason relating\\nto security or third-party rights. You are responsible for\\nmaintaining up-to-date payment information. If we cannot charge\\nyou for fees, then you understand that PetsApp or the Service\\nProvider might refuse to provide either the PetsApp Service or\\nthe Pet Care Services associated with those fees (as\\napplicable). Except for the foregoing, nothing in these Terms\\nlicenses or conveys any of our intellectual property or\\nproprietary rights to anyone, including you. To the maximum extent permitted by\\napplicable law, PetsApp does not: (1) warrant the accuracy of\\ninformation and/or materials on the PetsApp Service; (2) accept\\nliability for any opinion, or statement made by any party other than\\nPetsApp; and/or (3) warrant that your use of the PetsApp Service\\nwill be secure, free from computer viruses, uninterrupted, always\\navailable, or error-free\"))), mdx(\"blockquote\", null, mdx(\"p\", {\n    parentName: \"blockquote\"\n  }, \"To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetsApp expressly disclaims\\nall warranties and conditions, whether express, implied or statutory,\\nwith respect to the PetsApp Service, including any implied warranties\\nrelating to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose. Except where\\nprohibited by applicable law, in no event shall PetsApp be liable to\\nyou for any non-foreseeable loss or damage, or any consequential\\nlosses, or for any business losses, or loss of revenue, contracts,\\ndata, or other similar losses in relation to your access and use of\\nthe PetsApp Service.
